Course dates now as follows - no courses scheduled - see new format below

I have a new format now for you to try. Instead of only offering a large public attendance course, pre-booked at a fixed venue and times, (as I have in the past), I thought I'd make things a little easier for you.

If you and two or three of your friends would like to enjoy all the many benefits of learning the easibirthing way in more privacy, just contact me on 01256 704769 to arrange a private course.

This can be held at your own house, one of your friends houses, or of course here at my address. You'll get more personal attention, and once again you can have your partner with you as can your friends.

A maximum of four mums-to-be is best here.

Costs are exactly the same as if you were taking the public course. The stage of pregnancy that you and your friends are at is a little more flexible in this case too.

Let me know as far in advance as you can if you want to benefit from easibirthing  in this format - remember that this way your session dates can also be arranged to suit your personal schedule.

We can tailor the dates, times, and lengths to suit you, and you'll lose none of the considerable content and benefits.

The main emphasis throughout will be on helping you and you baby to have the best experience of Childbirth. The teaching of relaxation is a prime part of this, and you may bring along cushions, mats, blankets etc. if you wish, although we will also be providing these. The reason for this is that you may find that it suits you to lie down or recline through some of the relaxation sessions.

Please also that these courses are not intended to replace, duplicate or contradict ante-natal advice from your GP, Midwife or Hospital Birth Unit. Rather, it is preferable to work in association with them to provide you with extra beneficial resources which will make your birthing experience as stress-free as possible for you and your new baby.
